The tourism infrastructure in China and Mongolia such as
the standards of accommodation, transport, facilities and
hygiene are often less developed that what is traditional
in the clients' home country and the client acknowledges that
at times the itinerary, accommodation and transportation may
vary from the original itinerary due to local circumstances
that are beyond the control of Eastern Journeys and for which
Eastern Journeys cannot be held liable.

Eastern Journeys can assist with the arrangement of visas
to Mongolia though these costs will be separately and additionally
charged.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct
inoculations.
Travel Insurance
Eastern Journeys strongly recommends that each client is comprehensively
covered by travel insurance and for journeys that include
Mongolia or Tibet medical coverage that includes emergency
evacuation is suggested.

Eastern Journeys will do its best to convey any special accommodation
requests to the hotel but these are strictly at the discretion
of the hotel and generally cannot be confirmed prior to departure.
If you require special assistance Eastern Journeys must be
advised at the time of booking and will make every effort
to provide the assistance that you require.

be brought to the attention of your local guide so that the
problem can be promptly resolved. Should the outcome be unsatisfactory,
the client agrees to telephone or fax Eastern Journeys so
it can intervene and assist the client.
Law of Contract
